More New Years mean more Fun Foods

February 1, 2022 is the Lunar New Year and celebrations = Fun Food!!

The Korean Lunar New Year is a 3 day celebration that starts today, January 31st in 2022. Tonight is a night of fireworks & crackers as tomorrow is the official family New Year holiday in South Korea. The traditional dish of Mandu (korean dumplings!) is always eaten as the various types of Mandus (kimchi!) are a symbol of good luck for the coming year. Tet Nguyen Dan is the Vietnamese New Year and we are currently in day 3 of the 2022 celebration that started Jan 29th!
